How do we help?

Mental Health & Technology
Partnering with Local Communities

We believe technology should serve human connection, especially when it comes to mental health and wellness. Our innovation strategy focuses on creating safe, seamless, and intuitive spaces that bring people together when they need it most. By utilizing modern network tools, we are breaking down barriers to support, streamlining access to vital resources, and ensuring no one has to navigate their mental health journey in isolation.

At MHHN we believe in the power of a supported community. Our fundraising initiatives and donor contributions go straight toward creating opportunities where people can connect, grow, and thrive. Whether it’s a one-time gift, annual supporter or joining our latest fundraising event, your support is the backbone of everything we do.

Mental health does not discriminate, and it impacts all of the people surrounding the person. For this reason, we have carefully chosen a team of professionals from different walks of life who can understand all aspects of mental health. Many of our counsellors have first-hand experience. Other counsellors have extensively studied and researched many tools and therapies to aid in the programs we have created. We proudly have chosen a team of ethnically diverse people, as we understand it is crucial to have diversity in the workplace to minimize the gaps in the system. We appreciate the wisdom of each culture and create space to learn from each other. We create an inclusive environment for our team members and practice the same values for our team as we do for our clients. Mental health can be greatly improved by services like ours.

Donations

To make a lasting impact, we know that we must actively engage and include the communities and like-minded groups we are seeking to help. We are continually learning and growing in how we show up as an authentic, ethical partner.

“There is a crack in everything. That's how the light gets in.”
