Express yourself creatively while supporting mental wellness. Our Art for Wellness sessions not only ease stress and cultivate mindfulness, but also give a sense of purpose, all while being truly enjoyable. Art for wellness is available both in-person and online.
Walk and Connect
Join others virtually as you take mindful walks, supporting movement and mental wellness. You can walk outdoors, around your neighborhood, or choose to do it within your own home. Every step, however you take it, benefits your body and mind.
